Can my setup run fallout 76?

I have a amd fx 8300 zotac 1050 ti 4gb 12 g ram 240gb ssd and 2 tb hd and im wondering if this will work for fallout 76?

It will really depend on how well the game will use your 8 cores. The fx8300 has bad single core performance and ok multi core performance. If it just uses 4 cores intensively (as hinted by the min specs) the game will most likely run pretty badly.
