Sorry if this has been posted before, my problem is:
I have 100/10 down/up speeds however since yesterday only my PC seems to be capped.
This is being connected to a linksys router, but when i connect directly to the modem its fine.
The thing is i tried pluggin that same cable to the router and another pc and it worked fine 100/10
When i check the adapter settings it says 10mbps only EEE not negotiable or something like that
