Help me with my VGA, please!!!

this is my pc
mobo intel DG43GT
cpu core 2 quad q9550
6gb ram ddr2
psu andyson venus 600w
1 hdd 500gb
1 ssd 120gb
run win 10 pro 64 bit
here my problem, I have a VGA gtx750 1gb, when I mount it to mobo, my screen don't display even VGA onboard and VGA 750. but when i remove it, VGA onboard display normal. i don't know why. Is my main die PCIE???

My main suspect would be the terrible psu that can't handle the small extra load. However can you test this card in another system?

Read the last bullet under "New Fixes/Features" for bios revision 0035:

Update your bios.

One of the fixes included in the newer BIOS is "Fixed issue with no display using certain PCI Express graphics card"

Hey guy, thanks all of you are helping me. I already done everything you told me, update bios, change another system, but it's won't work, so I change my mobo to GA-EP43T-S3L, but I have another question, I'm from VietNam, sorry for my bad English, here my question, this main support to 16gb 1600(o.c)/1333/1066/800 ddr3 ram
- should I use 1600 bus ram? Or 1333?
- 1600(o.c) mean use ram bus 1600 for overclock, right?
- ram I use is 8 chip ram or 16 chip ram?
- will kingston hyper x fury ddr3 4gb 1600 run well on my mobo?

1600(o.c) means that set of memory is rated to run at 1600mhz when overclocked. So you can install that into the board and set your bios settings for 1600 under X.M.P which stands for extreme memory profile. It will set your memory profile to 1600 MHz so you can run your memory sticks at it's rated speed on the motherboard.

It's not a big deal because your motherboard is rated to run those 1600mhz sticks. Order the 1600mhz ram kit and set the memory to 1600mhz under xmp in the bios. Before you order the chips, locate that setting in the bios.

I don't know those ram can run my mobo or not, cause this is old school, someone told me to run a mobo like g41 you should find a 16 chip ram, it's won't work for you if you use the 8 chip ram like all of that ram are product nowaday.
