Hi I am using a ryzen 2600x, with Cooler master liquid lite 120mm.
The config is 2 intake fans, and one radiator + exhaust on the back.

My idle temperature stays around 48 degree Celsius. So I tried stress testing it with HeavyLoad software, after 5 minutes of constant 100% load temperature became stable at around 65 degree.
What seems to be the issue, or if there is to begin with.
Touching the water block does not feel hot at all.

Solution
Doesn't seem to be any issue. It can keep it cool under load. A high idle temp would just indicate the cooling system goes into an low speed mode to keep noise down. If you don't like it the motherboard likely offers utilities for more aggressive fan speeds at lower temps. The CPU fan is usually adjustable the case fans may or may not be adjustable.

Solution
120mm size Liquid CPU cooler are not great coolers. Many CPUs need 240mm size for adequate cooling.

It also seems the exhaust of hot air is lacking, leaving you with a hot PC case. No mention of what case you have, but you might check t see if you can add additional exhaust fans.

I have a NZXT H500 case.
I do only have 1 exhaust, one which came with the AIO.
I can add one more Exhaust fan though. But will 2 Intake and 2 Exhaust be a good setup?

I have the H500 case too using with 2600x, seems to be running hot, idle around 40-50c, gaming 50-60 (70 max) C. Maybe these are okay, but feels hot to me, any BIOS setting to cool this down. I've tried the fans in EVERY configuration, but still getting these temps. I have two IN in front, 2 out in back (top, rear), and two on my Noctura U12S cooler. MSI X470 carbon pro motherboard.
