Pc starts and stops

Today I was cleaning my internal PC parts and motherboard, cpu fan.
when cleaning was done my pc starts and stops after 10 secs.
my motherboard is h55m-s2.
please solve my problem.
i have done the following:- switching reset and power button.

What did you use for the cleaning job (an air-duster I hope) ?

used toothbrush to clean dust

Very, very bad. There should be no physical contact between the cleaning tool and the components because of the risk of static electricity causing component damage -- I fear that's what may have happened here.

That's why internal cleaning with an air-duster is the recommended method.

It's impossible to say at this point which component has been damaged, so it's not an easy fix.
