1700$CAD pc include tax (only the tower )

Solution
Couple of changes to Simply’s build. Better psu (modern power delivery design), much cheaper cooler (the boxed cooler is fine but this adds rgb - all the cooling in the world doesn’t change the 2600’s max overclock), a larger m.2 form factor ssd (easier to install), and a ti GPU.

First off, streaming while playing triple AAA titles of current is a huge ask for any consumer CPU.

I can build you the best PC I can for that budget, but as for how well it will stream will all be down to what graphic settings he uses in games, what game it is and how CPU intensive it is in general, and the settings he has set for his stream quality.

Add on taxes and this build fits within budget
