Cant find ssd bios / can find it in windows boot usb

Hello guys !

Here is my problem :

I bought a brand new pc in part and I build it

Everything is ready for me to install windows!

I did a windows 10 bootable usb key to install windows on my SSD

I click custom installation and chose my SSD (I can see it , my hardrive too)

The installation works and it says : gotta restart pc to apply the windows install!

After it reboots and It goes straight back to the usb bootable ...

When I go in bios , I can see my hd but not my ssd!

I think windows is correctly installed on the ssd but since the ssd isnt detected by the bios , it goes straight to the usb cause the hd has nothing install

Can someone tell me why my ssd is getting detected by windows installer but not bios ??

How about only connecting the SSD and disconnecting the HDD until the OS is installed?

This is exactly the best way to install. Disconnect HDD.

Perfect, I tried with only SSD connected.

So I install windows on the only availble space : Drive 0 : 465G (SSD)

Everything is going smooth and it says : Gotta restart computer to continue
It restarts : It goes back to the booable windows setup .. what the fuck

I restart the pc and change the boot priority to SSD (I CAN SEE IT NOW ) save and exit

It looks like windows want to start ( I see windows logo, loading , ) boom it goes back the the fucking windows setup ??

It is like I never installed windows.
But then in available drive I see :

Drive 0 part1 recovery 499mb
Drive 0 part 2 100 mb
drive 0 part 3 16.0mb
Drive 0 part 4 (465,2G)

If i click drive 0 part 4 it says : if the partition youve chosen contains files from a previous windows isntallation, these files and folders will be moved to a older folder named windows. old Youll be able to access windows..old but you wont be able to use your previous version...

Lets says I try to boot my ssd without USB key I dont see my SSD anymore

if I put back the USB KEY I have 4 boot priority in bios

windows boot manager (p2 samsung ssd 860 evo 500G)
UEFI sanDisk partition 1 (59818mb)
P2 Samsung SSD 860 EVO 500G (476940 mb)
San disk 59818 MB

So I put P2 Samsung SSD 860 EVO 500G has priority to see if it works:
Black screens with a small white underscore in the top left part flashing.
