My GPU temperature whilst playing overwatch has suddenly increased from around 59 to 74 and the CPU has increased from 63 to 73. Before playing they're around 50ish. I only have this problem when I play Overwatch and the screens choppy making it difficult to play. I had fixed the jitters the other day by turning on vsync. Now all of sudden it's doing it again but with much higher temperatures. The pc runs fine on every other game.
Been a few days now and I'm getting the same problem in other games now such as CSGO. Even if i put the games on low settings. My FPS stays the same. Temperatures increase. Game seems as though it is lagging but my connection is fine.
I have updated all drivers, Windows etc. Vsync is on. I've added another fan but nothing's changed.

8GB DDR3 Ram
Motherboard - ASRock Z77 Extreme4-M (CPU Socket)
Intel HD Graphics 4000
AMD Radeon HD 7900 Series
931gb Seagate
