I really need some help because my build is only letting me utilize half of my ram in total. I have an ASUS prime x470 pro motherboard and my system can see all 32 gigs but can only use half of the available memory. I dont wanna get different ram if this can be fixed. Please help.

Checked the cpu for bent pins?
Have the latest bios?
Maybe set/enable DOCP/A-XMP with just one stick,make sure that "Command Rate" is set at 2 in this case since using 4 sticks.

Look in "msconfig" at the "Boot" tab -> "advanced options" and make sure that "max.memory" is unchecked.
