I've been dealing with this problem for quite some time. And I couldn't find any solution online, so I'm hoping someone would help me here. Basically if my computer wakes up from sleep mode, everytime I open a game, doesn't matter which one, the sound would just start ''clipping'' for a second and then it would happen again after some time. It kinda sounds like when you got blue screen back in the day and the sound would constantly be playing but in my case it just plays for a second or two. Any help would be appreciated!

Type in start "Control panel" then "Hardware and Sound" then "Sound".
It will popup a windows, Right click on a non Greyed out and click "Properties".
New window should popup, then go to "Advanced Tab", and from Hz change it to 48000Hz DVD Quality.
Some games don't actually like higher or programs, soo try that.
Then restart your PC and see if it actually fixed.

Hey, thanks for the answer! But that didn't fix the problem.
