Recently one of my RAM sticks died and I couldn't get it replaced since I removed the id sticker...

So, now I need another 8gb stick and I found the same RAM on another site but I'm not sure if it would work with my current stick. I think the timings and the voltage is the same so would I run into any problems?

Maybe. Buying RAM not bought as a kit always carries a risk of problems. Buying the exact same make and model reduces the risk and the majority of the time will work without problem. Even buying different make with similar specs usually works but the chance of problems is likely to be higher.

those numbers are not accurate but their usually right

different manufacturers : 75% it will work
same manufacturer different model: ~85% it will work
same manufacturer same model: ~95% it will work

I have no idea on %. I have however had issues with mixing 2 sets of DDR3 of the same make and model, normally ok but it does happen.
