I have a 32" AOC Q3279vwfd8 1440p 75hz monitor and I was wondering if any level of overclocking is possible. What happens to a monitor with a bad overclock? Does anyone have experience overclock this monitor or monitors like it?

Solution
Maybe, maybe not. Ocing monitors is not something you can or can't say is possible just because of the nature. Even the same monitor model can very a lot. If you have nvidia like I think I saw from your other thread, you just set a custom res with a higher hz in ncp. If it doesn't support it, you can either wait 10 secs for it to revert or press esc. Then try a different hz til you found the highest you can go. You can't damage it since there's hardly any settings to change and it's really simple. Change the hz and see if it gives a good image then go do a frame skip test.
