Hi I have a gaming pc and I need help with temps

Gtx 1070 hybrid
Ryzen 7 1700
Nzxt m22 kraken
8gb Corsair ram
550w gold psi
Nzxt h500

My gpu never seems to go past 41c and I think that’s high for a water cooled gpu and same with my cpu it’s around 42c

That's pretty low... under load is great for a water cooled card.
Also the CPU temperature seems fine.
I wouldn't worry about it.

Ok thanks I even put in another fan but there’s no difference now it under 40c all time one more question my fans are rated at 1500rpm I have them at 1,300rpm If I increase the rpm is it bad for the fan since I’m pushing the limit ?
