i am having hp 15-ac101tu model i3 laptop with 4 GB DDR3L-1600 ram. now i want to enhance ram capacity with 8 gb ddr4 ram. additional slot is available for ram. can it be possible ?
can dd4 replace ddr3

DDR3 and DDR4 are both two different things. They wouldn't fit in the slot. For example, if you were to put an iPhone 3 into an iPhone 4's case, it wouldn't work/fit.
