Hello,
I recently bought an Amd rx 570
The screen would go black for about 3 seconds then comes back, music keeps playing if there was any.
This also happens in browsing/idle but games crash after it.
Temperatures remain through 50-75 C

I have tried to roll back the driver to 18.5 but the issue persisted.
This issue was never there with my old video card.

My current specs:
Intel i7-8700
Gigabyte b360m
8gb ram
Cooler master 500w psu

Solution
There are a few things that may cause that. The first is a problem with the graphics card itself. The second is the power supply. And the third is your RAM.

The graphics card may be defective. You mentioned that it is new. Re-seat the graphics card in the PCIE x 16 slot. Remove the card, clean the contacts with iso-propyl alcohol, blow out the slot, and reinstall. Make sure that any additional PCIE power cables are firmly connected (on both ends if it is a modular PSU). Monitor the temperature of the graphics card.

The 500 watt Power supply should be enough power. But the rated power is not always what is produced. You can test this with another power supply that is 500 watts or more. If the graphics card works with the...

The RAM can loose contact in the dimm slot with dust and vibration. Re-seat the RAM sticks one at a time. Remove the stick, clean the contacts, blow out the slot, firmly reinstall the stick, and repeat for the remaining RAM. Also make sure that the lever on the dimm slot goes all of the way up when you install the RAM stick.
