No air coming out of cpu cooler's heatsink. Idle cpu temp 50C, and 80C under load. I remember it used to be 25C - 30C at idle, and 60C-ish when under load.
Please help.

OK so fan is spinning which is good.
Are your case fans spinning and all working in the same direction?
Is the CPU fan working in the same direction as your case fans?

What CPU are you using?

Have you overclocked?

Did you clean all old thermal paste off the CPU when you changed coolers?

Did you apply a small pea sized drop of good quality paste to the middle of the CPU?

For what its worth this Deep Cool is not a particularly good cooler.

Have a look here for recommended coolers.

The fan is spinning, but it doesn't blow air out of the heat sink as much as my graphic card does, in fact I barely feels any air coming out of the heatsink. My cooling is deep cool frozen ice. I changed it because I initiallly thought the problem was because I was using stock cooler, but there wasn't a slightest difference when I switched.

Please help.

No, I don't overclock.
Yes, I thoroughly cleaned the old thermal paste, and replace with new one (Cooler master)
Yes, just about the size of a rice grain.

The thing is, when I was using stock cooler at the very beginning when I first assembled my pc. It was 25C - 30C at idle and 60C under load. That is with a stock cooler, and the deep cool should be at least better than stock cooler, right?

Your new cooler may not necessarily be better than stock.

I am not familiar with your cooler. Exactly what model is it (how much did it cost).
How heavy is it.

I would personaly recommend the Noctua NH-D15.

What happens if you put the stock cooler back?
