Hello guys, i have a little problem that i have been carring for 1 month, and it's that everytime i turn on my pc it wont boot, i have to remove the front panel and change the RAM A to the slot where the RAM B is and the RAM B into the slot of RAM A in order to get it working.
Also i have bluescreens in Windows: "non page fault in nonpaged area"

My system is a little bit old, but still rocks, i also ran memtestx86 for 4 hours with no errors.

My system:
CPU: i7 4790k 4.0Ghz (no overclocked)
MoBo: Gigabyte z97x ud3h bk
RAM: (2X8Gb) Kingston Hyper X Savage DDR3 2400Mhz
GPU: GTX 1060 STRIX
STORAGE: SSD 240Gb PNY
COOLER: Corsair H80i V2

Thanks Guys!

I would boot into bios and see if you have any automatic overclocking set.

I did, and everything seems to be normal, without evidence of overclocking by the bios.
