Hearing static noise always no matter if volume is on 0 or 100 (same).
Tried it on friends pc and it works great.

When I put music on or something else, I can't hear "hissing", but it's probably still there, but music covers it. When I stop music or game, whatever, then again I can hear static noise.

Also I find out that it barely works when volume is on 2-4. It's like it can't provide quality sound very well. Above volume 10 it works great.

I've tried changing my USB ports.. disabling others, also updated all drivers. I tried to delete synapse app for razer (found that 'solution' on google) but it didn't help.

Any solutions to this? :)

UPDATE: Tried it on laptop last morning, same problem even there. Is it possible that low quality sound card cause this problem?

Unfortunately the USB sound card is built into the headset. Razer headsets overall are not good quality, if possible return for a refund and get a good USB card like the SB Play!3 (~$25), a decent studio headphone like the M20x (~$50) and a clip-on lapel mic (~$12, clip to your headphone cord near where it meets the headphone) and you will have a much better sounding setup.
