I want to build a gaming pc for 2019 that can run everything at high settings in 1080p and 60 fps.

But i have no idea what parts I need.

These days, part prices fluctuate within weeks, and we are talking about months here. A good component which is not affordable now, might be affordable couple of months down the line. It is always wise to get a part list made at the time of buying, rather than months ahead.
