PC dies completely then turns on

At first, I thought the problem was the power supply, so I bought one. Now, the problem still persists.

The problem is that randomly, my PC shuts down completely without any warning, then boots itself back.

Here are my components.

i5 8400
Gigabyte H310m h 2.0
HyperX Fury ddr4 2400mhz
Kingston 240gb ssd
240gb HDD
and 1 led ring fan

I thought it's my HDD since it's just a salvaged part but when I remove it. The problem still persists. Please help

I did. I also tried different sources of windows 10. Tried updating it also. The problem persists. Does it have to do with the motherboard? I could easily tell the seller to replace it since it's still under warranty.
