Dear,
I have lost my phone. I have reactivate my new sim and deactivated old sim. Some one is using with my same gmail account . How can I trace the mobile number using IMEI number.

Maybe gmail will give you a general area.
You can't locate it close enough to actually "find" the actual phone.

I lost my phone once. you can track your phone by typing in "where is my phone", into google if you are signed in, it should track it on google maps, aswell if you have a backup email you could do something from there as the person with your phone will not have that email. Furthermore, you can also display things on your phone, like a phone number to call on your homescreen using gmail, so the person with your phone can contact you.
