[SOLVED] Computer won't boot with new hard drive

So I sent my computer to microcenter because it stopped working, and they told me that one of the hard drives failed and they were running in RAID 0 which caused them both to fail. He said he managed to get it to boot when he put in a new SSD and installed Windows. So I picked up the computer and a new hard drive, and tried to install Windows, but I couldn't boot into the bios, or the boot menu in order to boot from the flash drive with Windows installation on it. Next I put the hard drive in another computer and installed Windows onto the drive. But when I put it in the broken computer, it did not boot. When it starts up, it shows the company logo that assembled the computer (but doesn't let me into the bios if I push del or F2) and then it goes to a black screen with a 0 in the corner and stays like that until I turn it off. What is the issue with my computer and how can I fix it?

Thanks

I guess you contacted the tech bozos who took your 2 drives and left you with one that doesn't work ?

What did they say ?

If you paid by card, put a hold on it.

That's what I tried, I only have one drive, but I can't get it to boot into the installation media, or even the bios.

Well I still have the two old drives, but they don't work. And I bought the new one myself, so it's possible that its broken? But I'll probably contact the guy who worked on my computer and ask him how he got windows to start up and see if I can do the same.
