I’m selling a rx 560 on eBay, and I’m trying to figure out the best way for me to ship it using these priority mail envelopes I got from usps, the envelope is really big and fits the card with the bubble padding I have on the card, I’m obviously not gonna rely on the padding in the priority mailers but would this be alright to use?

Solution
The post office will give you a free medium sized priority mail flat rate box.
Medium will hold a graphics card in it's original box.
Take your card with you to the post office to measure.
If you do not have the original graphics card box, wrap the card in bubgble wrap or even wadded up paper and put it in the box.
I do not think an envelopw is a good idea.

Put all that in an actual box, and it will be fine.
Not just the padded envelope.

Solution
Yes, a box would be preferable if you don't have the original one the GPU came in.

I think places like UPS and Post Offices sell purpose made boxes or you can make one up by cutting down one sourced from a small local shop, they usually have masses of them.
Hints:
Use loosely squeezed balls of newspaper to pack out the product, it's cheaper than bubble wrap and recycles better.
If you make up your own box, card folds better if you score along the fold line first, don't use a blade, something like the top of a ball point pen will do, you just need to form a depression in the surface to weaken the card.

I've mailed a GPU in a single bubble wrapped envelope from Massachusetts to Florida without issue.
