hello, my GPU or PSU is making a weird noise. it is some kind of cracking noise. does anyone here know what the reason might be?

here is a video: https://streamable.com/cw0mf

everything else works fine
my system:

Windows 10 64
i5 4690K @ 4,0
16 GB RAM
RTX 2080 GPU
be quiet! 600 W PSU

thanks in advance!

edit:

it must be the fans of the GPU. if I set the fans to 30% there is barely any cracking. if I set the fans to 40% it starts cracking a lot.

any suggestions?

Solution
It's the fan bearing. If you were to set your GPU fans 100%, would the cracking remain?

I've had same issue before but with case fan and not GPU fan. For me, bearing crackling noise was most heard when fan was spinning between 40% and 80% of it's max RPM.

Only fix for that is if you RMA your GPU. Or keep GPU fans spinning outside the cracking noise range.
