Ive put this together with the extent of the knowledge I have. Was hoping someone could tell me what they think? If I should modify it in some way or if im wasting money in certain areas. Will be running a ultrawide of some sort and a LG32UD99-W. Will have PS4 Pro and XBOX One X hooked in with it.

Overall a very good and powerful build. I would just look at the motherboard as a better mid range motherboard would better suit the 9700K especially with a better VRM setup than the ASUS TUF...

The Gigabyte Aorus Elite at $172.04 has a 12 Phase setup but also the MSI Gaming Edge or the ASRock Extreme4 which may be even cheaper than the TUF and still has a better VRM setup will also be worth a look.

I have also changed the Power Supply to the Seasonic Focus Plus Gold 850w which is one of the very best power supplies you can get at the moment and is rated very highly by all..It is also fully modular...

I have included a Gigabyte RTX 2070 from Gigabyte the OC version as it is better overall in terms of performance than the Vega64 and...

I have included a Gigabyte RTX 2070 from Gigabyte the OC version as it is better overall in terms of performance than the Vega64 and the price is just about the same.

also the build below is slighter cheaper than your original build...

Dropping down to the 8700K will also save you around $60 and will provide you near on the same performance as the 9700K...If money on the CPU is not an issue then go the 9700K....

Slap a thermal grizzly paste instead of the corsair one on top of what vMax suggested and you're good to go!
https://pcpartpicker.com/list/KkGxNQ
You can swap it out for the 1g tube if you dont want to spend 30 bucks on thermal paste, but if you buy 11 youll be good for changing your gpu thermal compound too and even having plenty leftover for future endeavors with pesky cpu swapping.

Agree with lacitobmpaz, Also save a further $110 on Windows buying paying only $12.60!!!!!!!

MERGED QUESTION
Question from slayer6324 : "Most efficient build for the curved Alienware 34" 3440x1440"

Building a new pure gaming pc here in the next week or two. Was going to get the RTX 2080TI but i beleive a 2080 would work just as well since its not 4k resouloution. Ive got money to burn just want to waste as little as possible trying to stay between $2000 and $3000 for tower.. Was just trying to get some build ideas from people that have more knowledge than me. Thanks

That $12 Windows can't be real. Even if you say it works, there's a reason why Windows shuts down on strange keys.

My take on the build:
https://pcpartpicker.com/list/7J4rLJ

Is a bit more than you build, but has more modern components.
First of all, I have no idea why you are using a sound card. Those have died long ago.
You should try the new 9th gen series, with the 9700k.

If you want to lower the price, you can change the 9700k to a 9700, or remove the fans.

4K isn't worth it to be honest.
For legitimate reason, 1440p 144Hz gaming is the best overall.
Give this video a watch from Linus Tech Tips then re evaluate your desire for 4K gaming.
If it still holds strong, then of course, go for it.

But if what you're worried about is the supposed "4K" experience on your consoles, then perhaps saving money and going for a high quality 1440p 144Hz build and use a little bit of that saved money to go towards a decent 4K TV. My personal recommendation is TCL.
You can currently get the model I got for $300.
It's 49"
4K
HDR
And a smart TV powered by Roku.
