Panning to build the below
CPU: Ryzen 5 2600
Motherboard: MSI B450M MORTAR TITANIUM
GPU: PowerColor RED DEVIL Golden Radeon RX 580
PSU: CORSAIR CX Series CX450(Is this enough?)
RAM: ??(Just want a cheap RAM with LED, single stick 8GB so that I could add another 8GB later)
There is a lot of cool looking RAM(Team T-Force Delta RGB 8GB 288-Pin DDR4 SDRAM DDR4 2400 (PC4 19200) Desktop Memory Model TF3D48G2400HC15B01) but most of them aren't available in the motherboard compatibility list
Won't they work have anyone tested them?

Please recommend RAM and is the PSU good enough and is the above a balanced config?
*I am from India had anyone bought from Newegg they total amount is cheap in most of the products including VAT and Shipping compared to mdcomputers and other local stores, are there any other charges above the VAT and shipping before it reaches my doorstep like will I be asked to pay import duties and other stuff? please advice.
