Hellu,
came here with an issue having now more and more often.

Issue: Starting up my table PC is not possible without snapping the power switch off and on (on the power supply).

heres what i do.
1) turn on the pc by pressing the power button as usual - everything starts up; except the power light is off together with a keyboard, mouse and monitor as well. - all in the case is running and spinning. [nothing else is happening even after several tryes or even several minutes]

2) turn OFF the power supply switch (on the back of the pc)
3) turn ON the power supply switch shortly after + pressing the power button almost at the same time.

this way i get it running. but hey, what might be wrong?

some details and informations:
i build this pc up myself 3years ago.
this year i experience this issue and it became from occasional to everytime (even restarts).

downloaded some software to check it out. seems fine.
I though it might rather be a hardware thing. how is it that this issue was escalating? its not even random now

should also note same issue is from [SLEEP] and [HIBERNATE] modes

if i wake it up from these modes it remembers where it was so at least im not losing any data this way.

isnt it a voltage thing or something like that? i dont even know what to analyze

problem solved.

not sure what exactly was causing it but this morning, my pc was dead. so i changed cables and tested bunch of things, then my monitor didnt start up, so i moved the GPU in the lower socket and everything is working again as it should.

(i had GPU right under CPU which temperature was usualy higher. moving graphic card on the lower socket solved it, i quess. - maybe the contact was fried)
