I have a system like this
Mainboard ga ep43t s3l
Cpu c2q q9550 2,83ghz
Ram 4gb ddr3 1333
Psu andyson venus 600w
Ssd 120gb
Hdd 500gb
Can anybody show me how to oc this cpu to 4ghz?

I would temper your expectations on 4GHz, also be aware that your PSU probably has really bad ripple suppression so getting a good, stable overclock might be harder than it would be normally. No one here can "show you how to overclock" in a thread, just watch a video for the basics and experiment yourself.
