Hi there, Just curious I am trying to setup a multi tv in an office

if anyone could recommend a way or know of one to get each tv to connect to 3-4 individual speakers that can then switch between the two tvs

minimal cables/wireless if possible

TVs are located on either side of the room about 20-30ft away

speakers are located on each desk there will be 3-4 speakers

each desk must be able to switch between the two TVs

This all depends on the TVs you are using and the speakers you are using. What audio outputs do the TVs have? Aside from the TVs, what is actually feeding the TVs as a source? It may be easier to wire the source to the speakers. The minimal wiring you will be using is a cable to each speaker and a few signal source switchers with a mixer probably to route the audio to all the speakers. The right way to do this in an office is to bring an an A/V company to run the wires and setup the switching.

I believe they are LG smart TVs, unsure of source most likely antenna and speakers havent been able to decide on that yet until I know its possible to do the said setup

You can set anything up if you put enough time and money into it, but what you need to do and buy will be a mystery till you get the hardware specs of what you will be using. No one can tell you what you need to connect things if we don't know what you are connecting, what you have, what you need to buy. If you are using an over the air antenna, then you need to connect the speakers to the TV audio out, along with whatever adapters and audio spliter is needed. I would guess you need an optical to 3.5 mm converter, then connect that to a 4 way spliter that would connect to the powered speakers at the desks. Those would need to be connected to an A/B switch to go between sources, unless you setup two speakers with one going to one TV and one to the other. Just power off the one you don't want to hear.
