Which motherboard should i get? Asus or MSI

Which mother board should I get and why? they're around the same price range but i'm having trouble deciding which one. My main focus is on the VRMs, they both have 10 phase vrms but i'm reading a lot of reviews saying how bad each board is and the problems they have. Any help would be appreciated thanks!

Don't think that having 10phase VRM would do better, depends on the kind of VRM and quality. MSI might be better in terms of build but their bios are pretty buggy when it comes to overclocking, that's why I usually stay away from them, where Asus has way better bios. Like I said in a previous post, to me one of the best motherboards for value is the Z370 Extreme 4 and this one is great...
