I have my volume maxed out on everything and it’s still way too quiet, I have the volume slider on the ear thing turned all the way up as well

Have you tried your HyperX on another known working computer?
Have you tried other known working headsets on your computer?
Determine if the problem follows the headset or stays with your computer.
Are you able to right click the small speaker icon usually found in the lower right screen corner?
The menu choices that appear will lead into any number of windows, tabs, properties, and audio related configuration options.
Take a look. Explore first and keep some notes about what you find. Do not immediately start changing things. Learn what is what and then make changes that seem applicable. Change only one thing at a time. Be ready to go back and "undo" if need be.
