Hi guys, I recently built a PC for my friend so we can play PUBG, Overwatch, etc... Problem is, my computer runs fine and his lags really bad at random times in every game we play. We are connected to a Netgear Orbi router and 2 satellite system and have had no connection issues with laptops, phones, TV's, 2 Xbox One's. Only started when we built this 2nd PC and it's only that PC. Both PC's have windows and main games loaded on Samsung M.2 SSD's. Did have a MSI B250M PRO-VD installed on the Skylake, but replaced it with the ASUS Maximus Z170 thinking the B250 might have caused the problem. Same results though.

PC 1 (mine)
i7 8700k (no OC)
ASUS ROG z370-E
16GB DDR4 Corsair Vengeance 3000MHz
EVGA GeForce GTX 1080 FTW
500GB Samsung 970 EVO
2TB Seagate Barracuda 7200RPM HDD
Corsair H100i Cooler
Stock mobo WIFI adapter

PC 2 (problematic PC)
i5 6600k (no OC)
ASUS ROG Maximus VIII Hero
16GB DDR4 Corsair Vengeance LPX 2400MHz
MSI GeForce GTX 1050ti Gaming X
250GB Samsung 970 EVO
1TB WD Blue 7200 RPM HDD
Corsair H55 Cooler
Netgear Nighthawk AC1900 WIFI adapter

Any tips or help would be greatly appreciated thanks.

Yeah, I know WiFi isn't the best, but wired isn't really an option so that's why we switched to the ORBI system which worked great with multiple TV's, Phones, Tablets, Xbox One S, Xbox One X, 3 Laptops, 1 desktop PC used for browsing, and the 8700k for gaming so I don't that being a huge problem by adding the 6600k system. No other WiFi enabled electronic device in the house has connection problems like that PC. No difference by switching the AC600 adapter for the Nighthawk AC1900 either. Same results. The lagging consists of constant "Network Lag Detected" is PUBG. When not receiving that message my buddy could be looting a building and then will appear outside of the building. In Overwatch, he could be shooting an opposing character and then the HP bar will not drop and when the game comes back around he'll be dead or way off from where he was before the lagging occurred.

You can try moving the pc and testing with wired. Testing with different usb ports.
