Does ASUS ROG Maximus X Code supports creating access points?

Does anyone know if the mobo asus rog maximus x code supports creating access points? I have been looking for information, but without positive results. Help.

I recently bought an ASUS ROG Maximus X Code. But the Wi-Fi network adapter does not let me make an Access Point by any means or software. The Microsoft Hosted Network Virtual Adapter, according to Windows, is not compatible with that adapter.
Before, a week ago, I used to have an Asus Z-87 Pro, with the same version of Windows and it worked perfectly, until now.
I was looking on the internet and found that many people, since 2016, haves troubles to found the Microsoft Hosted Network Virtual Adapter. But in my case, following the instructions to recover it, it turns out that the network adapter says not to support it.

my current adapter:
Realtek 8822BE Wireless LAN 802.11ac PCI-E NIC
Driver version 2023.55.415.2017 (The latest, according to the official ASUS website)
Windows 10 1803 17134.228

my girlfriend's laptop does not let create access point neither.
Her laptop is an ACER Aspire E15 (i3 8th gen), and the wireless network adapter is from Qualcomm Atheros.
The network adapter is a Qualcomm Atheros QCA9377

In both cases, both the Qualcomm adapter and mine, Realtek, are 802.11ac. Does that have something to do?

I would advise that you go for a wireless router and let the onboard wireless adapter be used as recipients to all internet packages. Per my knowledge the WiFi adapter bundled with the Maximus X code is an Intel equipped wireless adapter. Using Intel's Pro Set wireless tools, you can initiate Software based AP but I highly discourage that since a router can handle that duty and also be purchased for as little as 50USD.

FYI, the updates from Windows, for those who are on Windows 10, are the ones causing the drivers to break for Realtek/Atheros/Qualcomm/Broadcomm equipped networking adapters/devices. The Fall Creators update did that...and the ones coming forth wont be any different.

My situation with internet access differs from the rest of the world, and I can not simply install a router. The only way I have to share the internet with my mobile devices is through a "disguised" AP. It is not illegal at all, but it is questionable, because they may think that I am "reselling" it. It's a mess. Never mind.

Now, the LAN network adapter, according to ASUS on its website, is Intel, but they do not give details of the wireless adapter, it only says "Wi-Fi 802.11 a / b / g / n / ac, Blutooth V4.2", but does not mention the manufacturer.
The only one that mentions Realtek as the manufacturer of that wireless adapter, is Windows, in the device manager.

Now you generate me the doubt, if it is Windows that does not recognize the adapter as it should.
