[SOLVED] upgrade graphics card? im a noob lmao pls help ;P

I want to find a replaceable video card that is higher that the Radeon R5 graphics card, and good for gaming here are my computer specs:

my pc is: Lenovo 310S-08ASR (90G9003NMW)
Processor: AMD A9-9430 RADEON R5, 5 COMPUTE CORES 2C+3G 3.20 GHz
Ram: 8 GB

ive never upgraded a pc or built a pc so i need help ;P
Another question :p, do i also need to upgrade the processor?
also do i need to change the whole motherboard? does it fit my pc)
my budget is about 150$ - 200$

Due to the slim size small form factor case, the PC does not use standard size power supplies. You'll need a lot more power than the standard power supply for many video cards.

Due to size restrictions and limited power Small Form Factor Slim size PCs are not very upgradable.

As i understood, i will need to buy a new adapter that gives more power

And you mentioned 2 graphics cards, which one is better? Are they better than the one that i currently have? (Amd radeon R5 Graphics) can i run fortnite in the minium settings without lag?

I’m sorry for too many questions but im new to those things and i really need to know every single thing iam doing. Sorry
