Hello guys

Bought a new GPU Rx 580 8Gb
When I installed it and turned on my PC it stuck on Intel motherboard screen and I can't open bios setting or anything
When I press tap screen goes black and says entering setup and doesn't do anything

My old PC info

Motherboard : Intel DH67CL
8 gb 1333 ram
CPU : Intel i5 3450

And I have the option to replace the GPU to 1060 if it will work

Thanks

What I believe Calvin7 is trying to say is that the AMD cards require a lot of power to run. Make sure that not only does your PSU have enough power to run the card, but also has the right connectors to plug into the card to power it.

depending on what kind of 1060 you have, it may not need more than a single 6pin and if your PSU has supporting cable for that, then the power requirements of the 1060 would be a lot less.

So just make sure your PSU is capable of supporting either card in both wattage and with the right power cables.

if that's the case, I highly suggest upgrading the PSU to a better quality one. But for now, I would recommend the 1060 and powering it with the single 6pin you have on that PSU (assuming the 1060 you have only needs a 6pin and not a 8pin+6pin)
