Hi, I have always a big fan of this game and recently when I upgraded to a better laptop I have tried to play this game on lowest settings of course and I am stuck on 20FPS with Mouse delay and it's really annoying when I play it. Is there any way I could fix this, please let me know below?

Specs (Asus rog G551vw):
Intel® Core™ i7 6700HQ Processor
8GB RAM
NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 960M with 2G GDDR5 VRAM
1TB HDD 7200 RPM +120GB SSD

Looks like the CPU was hitting 90 degrees which is hot for a laptop, the GPU was around 70 which is fine, try re-applying thermal paste to the CPU and maybe get a cooling pad

I have changed my power setting but not the other two. How would I monitor it?
