I buy a new laptop i3 4GB Ram window 10. Its using 75% to 80% of my ram. Its hangging to much and boot very slow. Can i expand ram to boot up fast and solve the problem of hangging. I done all the software setting from dell support and window support. Can any one give me advice. What can i do expand ram or get pirated window. I use laptop for browsing only. Can any give me some idea.

4 GB for windows is to low. Either go for windows 7 that worked with 4 GB moreless or get 8 GB. Only way to work with 4 GB is fast ssd that could handle the swapfile.
If its just web browsing laptop grab ubuntu. uses ~2 GB ram and its way faster with low end laptop.
