Hi, I am looking at a ram kit gskill trident z 2x8 gb 3200mhz (non rgb). It's not on gigabyte a320m hd2 mobo's qvl list. I am wondering will it work or not. Trident Z supposed to work with Ryzen 5 2400g, right? There's a cheaper gskill ripjaws too. But I heard ripjaws are optimized for intel board. Or will it work with ryzen too?

They should work on either platforms. Fine tuning them would be up to you however. Are these the only ram kit you can source? Where are you located? I read the thread about the Litepower PSU, if you want to cripple all your investments, then get the Thermaltake PSU.

ryzen can be picky about ram.
If the ram you want is not on the motherboard QVL list, check the ram vendor's ram selection app.
Enter your motherboard and you will get a list of supported ram kits.

Best not to fight it, buy only a supported ram kit.

I am from Bangladesh. I have Corsair VS, Gigabyte, Cooler master mwe available here which are bit expensive and over 400 watts. My system doesn't need much. I rechecked pc part picker, msi and bequiet calculator and according to them my PC power usages is around 100 watts. That's why I am going for Thermaltake lite which isn't the best but should be enough for me. I was watching this guy on youtube and think he makes much sense.
