So I've recently built my pc just over a month ago and everything was completely fine all then one day I notice that one of my radiator fans would either completely stop spinning or it would spin for a bit then stop and repeat. I have a Y fan splitter and I have switched them even put the fan directly into a system fan header but it still does the samething.
