[SOLVED] Gaming lags when streaming withh webcam on but doesn't even without webcam

Im not sure if my settings for my webcam is correct or not but this is my issue.

Specs: CPU: fx-8350 4.0 ghz
GPU: Gigabyte G1 1060 6gb
Mobo: Msi 970 gaming
Webcam: AUSDOM Webcam Full HD 1080P
(If other specs are needed, let me know)

The AMD Ryzen series would be the best for streaming. If you can deal with the lag I would say just leave the webcam on, but if you can't you might want to consider taking it off.
