I have
i5 2400
12 GB DDR3 Ram ( 1333 Mhz )
SilverStone Strider 80Plus 500W With
RX 580 4 GB or rx 570 4gb ?

So will i5 2400 will be a bottleneck for this gpu!?

Go with the 570. Your system won't get the most from the 580, and there's not a lot more to get from it anyway. Be aware that there are 4GB and 8GB variants. They are identical in spec, and only different in the amount of VRAM. Ideally, you'll want an 8GB one if you can get one for the same price, but the 4GB one will do.

580 now about 221 usd now, 570 is 190 usd. Hmm so rx 580 will be bottleneck right?

Compare these two (least expensive 570 and 580, both 8GB, UK PcPartPicker) - https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/products/compare/TTfmP6,3JdFf7/

For around 15% gain, you might spend 25% more money. You mentioned 30usd, and that seems like little, but not if you won't get the most from it, if the games are pushing the CPU. Maybe with a 2550K CPU, the 580 would be a better match.

Also consider the wattage and card length in that comparison.
