Fiber modem issue - but a clear signal

Hi everyone,

I'm struggling with a new fiber modem. I just bought 1G fiber connection in my apartment where I live and I can't connect it properly. It will turn on and give me all the right lights but the WAN-lightning. I've been on the phone with DNA (my provider)'s Customer Service for more than 2 hours the last two days.

It's worth mentioning that I can acces the internet connection if I plug a ethernet-cable directly from the electricity box into my computer, but as soon as I try to get the connection trough the modem, it won't work.

I've tried the following:

- fabric-reset the modem
- different ethernet-cables
- different ports (LAN 1-2-3-4 and WAN)
- getting another modem similar at the store (so it's not doa)

The modem that I have is called Inteno DG200AC. My first thoughts on this was that the modem couldn't receive the fiber connection, but the customer service has doublechecked - it is the correct one. The Customer Service doesn't have any troubleshootings left. They have no clue what to do and therefor my last option is to get a tec-guy out here to fix it - but that will cost me 160 euros which is why I'm reaching out to you guys
