I'm planning on upgrading my PC soon and I'm just wondering if all these parts are compatible:

ASUS- Turbo OC GTX 960 4GB
PSU - EVGA 500W
CPU- Ryzen 1600
RAM- 8 GB PC19200 DDR4 2400MHz 288 Pin Memory
Motherboard- GIGABYTE B450M DS3H

I appreciate the help!

Thanks in advance :)

Yes they are compatible, although I would recommend 2 things:

1. Upgrading the RAM to 2666Mhz as this is not only the best bang-for-buck for Ryzen CPUs but they also require fast RAM to operate optimally.

2. Which EVGA PSU is that?

And just our of curiosity:
How much are you oaying for the 960? Maybe you could get a 1050Ti instead?

Thanks for the reply!

1. I'll see what I can do about the RAM

2. It is the EVGA 500W 80 plus https://www.amazon.co.uk/EVGA-WHITE-Power-Supply-100-W1-0500-K3/dp/B01E4YRP8W/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1541871760&sr=8-1&keywords=evga+500w+80+plus

3.I am currently using the GTX 960

That PSU is not that great TBH. Specially for gaming builds

The best PSUs I could find under 50quid is this one (450w will be enough even if you upgrade your GPU to something more powerfful in the future):

Refer to this list when you're shopping (not complete but quite extensive):

As a general rule of thumb, you don't want to go past Tier 4 (Tier 1 being the best)

Also, as SGTScream recommended it, you might to think about the R5 2600.
