I somehow tackled it by always going to boot options and selecting my ssd.I've windows 10 home edition on both my SSD and HDD which created many problems(Because both my SSD and HDD have taken drive letter as c:/) so I decided to wipe my HDD's C drive..but now most issues are solved but my laptop still boots into HDD and it starts with the recovery process..How will I remove all windows boot residues from my HDD so my laptop will boot into my ssd(I tried priority booting but my ssd was not listed in it..It only shows up in the boot option)My latop is HP 15r 235ne

You may need to like I did and go into the bios there is an option for disks where you have to add for it to show up as an option. your make and model if you list will help us figure out where to do this

Yeah i figured it out..when i formatted y c drive..there were still some residues left in some other hidden partition all i had to do was to remove the recovery partition, system reserved partition and the boot partition leaving some of my other partition which holds my data...now since all the windows residue is removed it boots straight to my SSD, without any issue...
