Can't overclock after bios update

Hi I have a msi h81m-p33 and a g3258 cpu with ballistix sport 8gb ram.
When i first got it i was able to OC the g3258 but i just updated the bios to v1.10 and it refuses to OC now.
It let me overclock the ram.

Did you clear the CMOS after the bios update?

No. I didn't need to the last time i updated the bios. Is that something i need to do every time i update it?

Well i flashed it again and cleared cmos this time but still wont OC.
I set everything the way i want and it stays that way but just don't do anything.
The msi extreme tuning utility says its locked and when i click unlock and reboot it says it cant unlock it. Did msi decide that they don't want people overclocking this cpu?

That didn't work. I guess ill need to downgrade to version 1.8. Is there any custom bios out there? Like ya know hacked or modded ones?
