which system is better for gaming and will last for about 4 years
and i can't overclock anyone of them that mean that they are at stock
and the 2 systems are used and at the same price
1-
cpu : i7 3770 non k
gpu: rx 580 4gb
ram : 2x4 gb 1600mhz
Mobo : can't overclock the cpu

2-
Cpu: ryzen 5 1500x
gpu: rx 570 4gb
ram: 2x4 gb 2133mhz
Mobo: can't overclock the cpu

You should go with the newer platform and go with the ryzen CPU and the DDR4 RAM... the 3770 is already 5 years old.
Even though the intel is a great performer the 1500X will be faster.

You'll get a better GPU with the first pc, but the trade off is worth because you're getting a more recent platform.

In conclusion I'll vote for the second rig.
