Port Forwarding not happening.

I have FRITZ Box6360, already spent 10 hours, port forwarding, but I don't know what problem is happening, the ports are forwarded according to the "router", but when I go to check using canyouseeme.org or PF utility tools, it gives out that ports aren't open.

A help would be HIGHLY appreciated.

Can you be more specific about what steps you took to configure port-forwarding? What ports, for example, are you trying use?

Does the target device has a static IP that is outside of the available DHCP IP address range? And that the static IP address is reserved on the router via the target devices MAC?

Do you have the applicable Manual and Quick Guide?

Who has administrative rights to the router?
