Hi everyone!
I building my first pc so i am a bit nervous about compatibility issues.. I am getting a
T-Force Vulcan 8gb 2666Mhz:https://www.teamgroupinc.com/en/product/vulcan-ddr4
and Msi B450M Bazooka mobo: https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/B450M-BAZOOKA/Overview
when i checked the compatible ram from the mobo page it showed that it was compatible with a 2666mhz vulcan (8gb dual), but it has a different serial nb than mine . Will it work fine cuz i saw a lot of posting that they got problems with their ram cuz its not supported in the mobo page.(ik its a stupid question , but im worried about losing my money on simple stuff) thanks!

It should work. But if it is not on the motherboard QVL, then there is no guarantee. I would not worry about it as RAM compatibility is a lot better on the b450 chipset.

I would recommend getting some faster RAM though. Ryzen CPUs scale very well with higher speed RAM. I would look for a 3200mhz kit as the pricing is usually not much higher than 2666.

yeah , but the supported version is the same as mine but a dual kit , so it must be 99% compatible.

As for the speed , prices are weird in my country the 2400 and 2666 are the same price , and the 3000 is 30$ more :(

I did not see you were going to just get a single stick. I really dont recommend that. Ryzen CPUs use infinity fabric and which is limited by RAM. Only running one stick of RAM in a dual channel board will only run the system in single channel which will really hurt performance. I know RAM is not cheap, but you really should get a dual channel kit.
