I have stuttering in games like Assassin's Creed Origins, Kingdom Come: Deliverence, Watch Dogs 2, especially when there is some action (shooting, driving fast). Sometimes i can see some textures doesn't load properly. I tried to lower graphics settings, but nothing changes.

I tried to run task manager when i was playing gamees. Usage of all componenets was OK, except HDD. It had 100% usage and when game stutters, HDD usage was dropping.

Is it possible that the problem is caused by HDD ? I have WD green 5400 rpm (WD20EZRX). Would it help me if I bought SSD ?

the same problem had happened to me with 2 pc builds.i think this problem is caused by underperforming CPU OF bottleneck.try to change your cpu with more powerful AMD ryzen CPU like 2400g or better
