Need help with building a mid-range budget PC

Hello guys, I'm building a budget mid-range PC, I have selected almost all the parts for my budget PC. I need help to pick the motherboard, Below is the list of parts that fit in my budget

GPU: ZOTAC GeForce GTX 1050 Ti OC Edition [ZT-P10510B-10L] (4 GB)

CPU: Intel Core i3 8100 (3.6 GHz)

RAM: Corsair Vengeance DDR4 (8 GB)

HDD: Seagate BarraCuda 3.5 inch, 7200 RPM [ST2000DM006] (2 TB)

PSU: Corsair VS 450 (450W)

Which motherboard should I choose, In future, I might upgrade to the following parts, So motherboard should be capable of handling these

GTX 1080 Ti
Intel Core i7 7th/8th Generation
RAM 16/32 GB

One more thing I'm not concerned with overclocking, I'm not gonna try that. I'll be using this PC for little bit of gaming and Deep learning research. Any suggestions would be helpful guys

I would advice a ryzen 2200G or 1300X with a gtx 1050ti in an atx 4 ram slot B450 or X470 mobo.

So you could later upgrade to ryzen 7nm cpu and a good gpu.

Get 2x4gb of 3000+mhz rams with an Antec earthwatts pro 650w psu (will last you longer and will be able to handle the cpu and gpu upgrades)

This will provide the capability of a viable upgrade path until 2021. In the future, you'll have the possibility to upgrade to an eight core 16 thread cpu, as well as a better graphics card due to the 550w power supply. The 16gb of DDR4 is for the integrated graphics and system and will provide you with a decent amount of time before an upgrade is necessary.
The best graphics card I could go with for the budget was a GT 1030, so I decided to go with the 2400g's comparable integrated graphics.
